Housing and terminals
Severodvinsk Construction Materials Factory was
established in 1995 under the former offices of Fed-
eral Agency for Special Construction and remained
a municipality-owned facility until 2020. After hav-
ing been privatized, SCMF retained its staff, paid off
its debt of tens of millions of rubles, and its currently
preparing for expansion.
One of Arkhangelsk Oblast’s largest construction
materials manufacturer, SCMF has 115 employees
and a diverse product line including various types
slabs, piles, columns, supports, power transmission
poles, stair parts, fences, ventilation units, manhole
chambers, heating systems elements, precast concrete
products, concrete mixes, cement and mortars.
SCMF acts as a supplier to two national projects,
“Housing and Urban Environment” and “Demogra-
phy”, that are ongoing in Severodvinsk. Its products
have been used in the construction of modern houses,
schools, and kindergartens.
Partners
SCMF is a regular supplier to the area’s major de-
velopers, providing runway slabs to Talagi Airport,
piles to arbitration court development project in
Arkhangelsk, precast monolithic slabs (PAG-18) to in-
frastructure projects of Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper
Mill. Among its key accounts are Sevmash, GT Sev-
er, ServiceSnab, Northern Project, Arkhangelsk Sea
Commercial Port’s Ekonomiya cargo area, TGC-2,
Akvilon Group, Sevdorstroyservice, and Titan Group.
SCMF is being placed orders also by the custom-
ers abroad. Among them is oilfield services company
Schlumberger. Negotiations are underway with the
United Energy Corporation for the supply of precast
monolithic slabs and other reinforced concrete prod-
ucts to Bukhta Sever (Bay North) – the offshore oil
terminal to be built on Taimyr. With the deployment
along the Northern Sea Route of new port construc-
tion projects, SCMF stands every chance of being
placed even more orders.
